Booking Policy

• A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least 15 days prior to departure.
• For bookings made within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Hotel check-in/check-out timings are subject to hotel policies.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Package Conditions

• All transfers and sightseeing are operated as per itinerary timings.
• Unused services are non-refundable.
• Tour schedules may change due to weather, operational conditions, traffic, or government regulations.
• Similar category hotels may be provided in case of unavailability.

Liability

• The company acts only as an intermediary between guests and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local tour operators.
• The company shall not be liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, political disturbances, baggage loss, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
• Medical expenses, trip delays, cancellations, and baggage losses are not covered unless insured separately.

Force Majeure

• The company shall not be responsible for any failure or delay caused by natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.

Pricing Disclaimer

Behavioral Policy

• Travelers are expected to maintain proper conduct during the tour.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property will be charged directly to the guest.
